The festivities will include:
- An Exhibit. The most checked out items in the history of the Library will be showcased in the second floor lobby exhibit case.• A Contest. Students and Faculty members should check out a book to enter the "National Library Week" contest.
- A PRIZE. . . . possibly an iPod Nano or a gift certificate at Barnes & Noble. The first 50 entries win an earth-friendly bag.
- A Tour. Make an appointment with a librarian for a tour of our facilities (loreen.phillips@utdallas.edu).
- Incentives. Instead of using the Book Drop, bring your overdue book to the library Circulation Desk and see Deborah Gilbert-Stadigh about your National Library Week incentive.
- Praise for the Library Staff. April 15, 2009 – "National Library Workers Day" – Library staff can check out a book and receive an earth-friendly bag.
